Cerignola

Cerignola is a town and comune (municipality) in the province of Foggia of the region of Apulia in Italy, 40 kilometres southeast from the town of Foggia. It has the third-largest land area of any municipality in Italy, at 593.93 square kilometres (229.32 sq mi), after Rome and Ravenna, and it has the largest land area of any municipality in Italy among those that are not the provincial capital. It has 56,711 inhabitants.
