Bắc Ninh is a province of Vietnam, located in the Northern Midlands and Mountains. It borders Hanoi, Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh centrally-governed cities, Hưng Yên province, Lạng Sơn province, and Thái Nguyên province. The province covers an area of 4,718.60 km2 (1,821.86 mi2) and as of 2025 it had a population of 3,619,433.
