手法: 有人假扮美术学生，在景点附近与你搭讪并交好，随后带你去参观“学生画展”，以帮忙为由施压让你购买高价画作。
如何避免: 对迅速把你引向商店或画廊的陌生人保持警惕。没有任何购买义务，如果感到被施压，请坚定拒绝并离开。
非法机场出租车
手法: 机场或大型车站的拉客者会以固定价格提供“非正规出租车”，然后收取远高于计价器的费用，或在到达时要求加价。
如何避免: 只使用带计价器的官方出租车站、机场快线，或打车软件。绝不要接受在航站楼内主动搭讪者提供的载客服务。
假冒或低质量的长城一日游
手法: 街头或青年旅社兜售的廉价“长城一日游”可能会绕远路带你去玉石店或药店以赚取回扣，或把你带到不如承诺的路段。
如何避免: 预订信誉良好的旅行团，或自行乘公共交通前往。付款前请确认具体是哪一段长城、行程包含什么，以及没有购物停留安排。

手法: Around Nanjing Road, the Bund and People's Square, friendly young people posing as fellow tourists strike up a conversation, then invite you to a 'traditional tea ceremony' at a nearby teahouse. Once you have drunk, an enormous bill of thousands of yuan appears and you are pressured, sometimes behind a locked door, to pay.
如何避免: Never follow a stranger who invites you to a teahouse, bar or 'exhibition', however charming. If someone approaches out of the blue wanting to practise English and then suggests going somewhere, politely decline and walk on. For real tea, go to a teahouse with posted prices, like the historic Huxinting at Yu Garden.
Airport black taxi and no-meter overcharging
手法: At Pudong and Hongqiao airports, unlicensed 'black taxi' drivers approach arrivals inside the terminal, quote a flat fare many times the real price, refuse the meter, or take a long route to pad the fare.
如何避免: Ignore anyone offering a taxi inside the terminal. Join the official taxi rank outside and insist the meter is used, or book a DiDi from the designated pickup zone for a fixed app price. The maglev and Metro Line 2 are far cheaper still.
The 'art student' gallery scam
手法: Young people claiming to be art students invite you to see their 'exhibition' or 'gallery' nearby, then apply heavy pressure to buy mass-produced paintings at wildly inflated prices dressed up as original student work.
如何避免: Treat any unsolicited invitation to a gallery or exhibition as a sales trap and decline. Buy art only from established shops with clear prices, and never let yourself be walked to an unknown upstairs room by a stranger.
Fake-goods markets and inflated prices
手法: In tourist markets, especially the fake-goods market near Nanjing Road, opening prices for foreigners are often five to twenty times what the seller will actually accept, and quality is variable. Some stalls also swap the item you inspected for an inferior one when wrapping it.
如何避免: Bargain hard, starting around a quarter of the asking price and being ready to walk away, or simply skip the counterfeit stalls. Watch the item being bagged, and remember that customs at home may seize fakes.
The counterfeit-note taxi swap
手法: In the rare cases where cash is used, a dishonest taxi driver takes your genuine 100-yuan note, discreetly swaps it for a fake, and hands it back claiming it is counterfeit so you pay again with a real one.
如何避免: Pay by DiDi or Alipay/WeChat wherever possible so no cash changes hands. If you must use cash, pay with smaller notes, note what you handed over, and be wary of a driver who suddenly questions your money.
